Case opened on 24/01/21 - Microsoft started helping then just went dark?!?!

I opened a case with MS on 24/01 - 2201240040004102

 

They replied a few times and tried to assist me. they then asked for further info over 3 weeks ago, which I sent straight away and haven't responded since. They haven't replied to any emails etc.

They said it's an issue their end. I can't do anything now until they fix it. so frustrating!
