Can't Sign up for Partner Center
I need to get my company signed up with the Partner Center to enroll for Action Pack. I try to register and I get an error of "Your IT department has turned off signup for Partner Center. Contact them to complete signup."
I am the IT department. I haven't turned anything off. How do I get past this to sign up for the Partner Center?
Hi @BernieHunt : Seems self-service subscription signup was disabled, be default this is enabled, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/troubleshoot-account-sign-n#if-the-it-department-has-turned-off-sign-up-for-partner-center on how to modify this tenant setting back to the default using Powershell.

I am the admin for the whole company, the one and only. We don't have an Azure AD account.
How do I fix this when we don't have an Azure account?
