CSP reseller - employment verification rejected.

My company would like to be a CSP reseller but now's we are pending on verification. I had submitted required documents by submitting a ticket. Moreover , there are one week before and there are not any responding. Please advise on this.

I see on the ticket your MPN ID is authorized, can you share if this change is reflecting in your accounts now ?
It may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account though.
