Business verification - We were not able to verify your business details

I have been a partner for quite a while.  Now that I'm moving over, I'm finding that my verification failed.  The screenshot tells the story.  I'm just a sole proprietorship and work hard to build apps for clients with .net and sql server and azure.  Being a partner gives me credibility in this process.  I'm not sure what my next step is towards verification, but I've seen Microsoft people reach out on here before, so I'm hoping someone will do so again and give me some assistance.  Thx.

Hi @Andra ,

 

I am having a similar problem. I have submitted the application on early July and get rejected. I opend a ticket to solve this and being asked to submit additional documents to pass the Business Verification. After the submission of those documents, I do not hear anything from your side. I have been waiting for this problem about two months. I need your help now.

My Partner request ticket ID is 2107070010000416.

The case has been raised on 8/24 so please allow 24 hours from the moment you upload all documentation to receive a first update.

Same here. Sit on Verification which get dislined after 4 years with no reasons at all. No contact via support-tickets.

New ticket: 2108060040001410

Older ones in different account.

 

We need the validation to renew the action pack which is now expired. Neet support asap.

Our organization "Interface RU" MPN ID * is experiencing difficulties with the renewal of the status. Our local locations with IDN ID *, *, *and *have successfully passed verification and received an authorized status. And the global organization MPN ID *still remains at the level of verification "verification of the organization", despite the fact that 1) The interface of the RU with the MPN ID *and specified as the location with the "Interface RU" with the MPN ID *is one and the same legal entity. But specified as global MPN and local MPN. 2) we have repeatedly received messages from technical support within the framework of calls 2105180040002966 and 2105240040000830 that the specified account with the IDN ID *has been successfully authorized. Please help to find out why, despite the indicated messages, our ferification status is still not completed. And how to solve this problem because of which we cannot renew our Silver status.

Been having the same issue and can't get any resolution. I have had ticket #2106100040002916 open for over a month and have not gotten any response since uploading more requested documentation. This is holding me up from completing some partnerships. Can you help please? Its very frustrating.

I am having the same problem discussed here. I have been a partner for sixteen years and now both my MPN and CSP are stuck in the verification process. The message says, "We were not able to verify your email domain.". I've owned and used the same domain since 1999. In addition, my email addres

 

I have uploaded the receipt for my last domain renewal. I've also uploaded my business registration, articles of incorporation, resale certificate, and W-9. 

 

I've opened a case for the MPN issue -2107280040003492 and the CSP issue -2107280040003689. My MAPS renewal expired yesterday so I'm beyond anxious to get this resolved. Any assistance or direction from you, @Andra  would be most appreciated.

We are stuck at 'business verification' for last 2 weeks (submitted additional docs a week ago, after initial 'failed' state).

I see our case #2107130040005722 has modified date of yesterday but still the same status, 'Open'.

Any help with this one?

Hi @Andra,

 

Would it be possible for someone at Microsoft to give us a heads up here?  Is the partner program being discontinued or significantly changed in some way Microsoft has not yet acknowledged?  

It seems odd that so many businesses would simply be stuck in their tracks attempting to become or maintain MS partnerships. Maybe we should all hold off for a while and look for other business while MS decides what it's going to do?

Thank-you for responding. I truly appreciate it.

 

I received a single email from MS Support on July 21 in reply to my support ticket. This message indicated that the entire process should take three weeks. It also indicated that I would hear from the Account Verification Team within 48 hours. 

 

I haven't heard a thing since.
