Partner University portal associated with incorrect organisation

Hi,

I have dissociated with my old company and enrolled with another company on partner.microsoft.com some 2 weeks ago. This show correctly on partner.microsoft.com, but when I login to partneruniversity.microsoft.com I'm still seeing my old company when I go to switch organizations tab and my new one does not appear.

Does anyone know the solution to fully remove my old organisation from the partner university? Or know what number I should call to get this sorted as I can't find the support number.

Many thanks
Richard

Hi all, I receieved information from the SME:

"Partner University recognizes partners based on their MPN ID credentials. Somewhere in the PMC system, this partner's records likely haven't been updated with the new org; that's why they're getting blocked. In a situation like this, the RSC Support teams are the best ones to resolve the partner credentials issue."

Please contact your local RSC team to get this resolved.

Did you manage to resolve this? Both myself and a colleague are having the same issue.

I have a problem that my account appears to be associated to 3 organisations, and ive completed course in the wrong organisation that do not appear in the correct organisation

How on earth do I get support from Microsoft? Navigating their support pages just wastes hours of time without any positive result
