This free, virtual, community event brings together people with disabilities, allies, and industry professionals to Imagine, Build, and Include the future of disability inclusion and accessibility. We are thrilled to be hosting our 12th annual Ability Summit and welcome all to join! **Please note, May 11 is for Microsoft internal only (employees and vendors with an @Microsoft.com alias).**
What to Expect
- Keynote speakers, including Microsoft’s Panos Panay (EVP & Chief Product Officer) and Amanda Silver (CVP & Head of Product, Developer Division), along with US Senator Tammy Duckworth, Liz Plank (CEO, filmmaker, award-winning journalist, author, & executive producer), and many more industry and community leaders will spotlight current and future accessibility technologies and disability inclusion practices.
- Learn the latest thinking on the future of work and the hybrid workplace, representation in gaming, inclusive design, and—new this year—developing accessible code.
- Day 1 of the event is open to the public. Spread the word throughout your internal and external communities! Registration is required to participate.
- All sessions will include real time English captions, transcripts, and American Sign Language (ASL). Accommodation requests are available during registration.
