The Microsoft Partner Pledge is a statement of intent in which we ask our partners in Norway to join us on this journey to use tech as a force for good. It is one of the core initiatives we launched at Inspire aligned with our priority to mobilize partners on our strategic goals to drive social impact : Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Digital skilling, Responsible and Ethical AI, Apprenticeships. It aims at re-affirming our belief of the role that technology needs to play to address broad societal challenges but also that our partners play a pivotal role here and that joining Microsoft to achieve those goals will ultimately support their and our growth.
