Customer Service Omni channel-Video call on mobile

Hi team, regarding the Omni channel for Customer Service.

I read that it supports Video call. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/agent/agent-oc/call-options-visual-engagement

 

Is it supported if the customer uses his mobile?
