CRM App for Office 365
I have a customer who is looking for CRM solution which can integrate with their Office 365. It's small size company that has basic needs for their customer relationship management.

For a small-sized company, most CRM tools are oversized. I would suggest creating just a few lists and libraries in SharePoint to manage your customers and other partners. You can implement more features as you need, step-by-step...
You can also integrate existing solutions on the market to keep data and files in sync with Office 365 using 3rd party tools, such as the Layer2 Cloud Connector.
