New integrated threat protection demo environment and Microsoft 365 Defender Demo Guide!

We are excited to launch the new integrated threat protection demo environment, an experience pre-configured to showcase cross-product scenarios as a single demo environment for our Microsoft threat protection story.

This demo environment will be made available to all partners to carry out demonstrations and trainings on the full range of the Microsoft Security story. You will be able to use this with customers and for your own internal training. It is a read-only environment, and is the same environment Microsoft employees use for their own demos.

Products included:

  • Microsoft 365 Defender:
    • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
    • Microsoft Defender for Office 365
    • Microsoft Defender for Identity
    • Azure AD Identity Protection
  • Azure Security solutions:
    • Azure Sentinel
    • Azure Defender
    • Azure Firewall
    • Azure WAF
    • Azure DDoS
  • Future additions will include:
    • Azure Defender for IoT
    • Azure Purview
    • Privacy Management
    • Many more...

The first scenario and demo guide added to the demo environment is Microsoft 365 Defender. You can find the demo guide and instructions on how to log into the environment available at the Microsoft 365 Defender demo card.

Demo scripts for additional products and integrated scenarios will begin to roll out in October and continue through the fiscal year.

Note: This is a shared environment; please use it as read only and avoid changing anything in the portal.

@arshiyas : Please check that you attempt to log in with a user account from the tenant that you use to access Partner Center and manage your MPN membership.

2nd, make sure that you have done MFA when authenticating.

3rd, if it still does not work it might be your admin has disabled the ability for users to consent to application access, your admin should check in Azure Portal --> Azure Active Directory --> Enterprise Application that consent is given for the app "Modern Workplace Tools", respectively attempt to log in to cdx.transform.microsoft.com to add this application and give consent for your organization at the same time.

Kind regards, Janosch (Note: Leaving role as of March 2023, don't expect further answers. Connect with me via LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/janoschulmer)
