Future of Work study from Microsoft
Hi all Modern Work and Surface partners.
Together with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and KRC Research, Microsoft has conducted a study on the future of work and the learnings from remote working during the Covid-19 pandemic in Western Europe. The study, which is the result of more than 9000 respondents amongst business leaders across all Western Europe countries can be found here.
In short summary, the study finds that the 200+ years old tradition of working 9-5 in the office with additional hours of commuting on either side is at an end, and that our perception of how and and where employees can be productive has shifted.
How business leaders can navigate in this new normal and which possibilities and challenges it brings along, BCG and KRC will elaborate on in the following webinars:
- October 29, at 11.00-12.00: The Impact of Hybrid Working on Innovation and Productivity. Presented by Jose Ferreira (BCG) and Julian Lambertin (KRC). Register for the live event here.
- November 12, at 11.00-12.00: Practical Strategies for Managers and Leaders within a Flexible Work Environment. Presented by Tony Crabbe, Business Psychologist. Register for the live event here.
- December 3, at 11.00-12.00: The Journey to the Hybrid Future: What is the path to maturity? Presented by Jose Ferreira (BCG). Register for the live event here.
We're looking forward to share some valuable insights with you, and invite you to please take a look at the materials and Power BI with geo filters, which can be found from this page.
All the best from the Surface team!

Very interesting. Were the live events that have already passed recorded and/or is it possible to view them anywhere if you missed them?

Hi Ragga.
Not so far, no. I'm trying to approach WE to see if they know anything. I'll keep you posted once I hear from them.

Hi @Ragga
So apparently the solution was easy and pretty straight forward. If you and the partners follow the links to the registration pages in the above post and register for the live events, you will receive e-mails leading you to the recordings of the sessions. 🙂
