In March’20 Microsoft began rolling out a streamlined approach to partner support, with Partner Center as the starting point for partner escalations, unified support team and unified case management that makes it easier for partners to get help when they need it.
Single support entry point for partners: https://aka.ms/partnercentersupport/. For further assistance and to file a support ticket, partners should log in to a Partner Center and open support ticket within Partner Center (“?” mark in upper right corner of Partner Center window)
Update on the steps to submit support incident for partners who can’t log in to Partner Center:
- Go to https://partner.microsoft.com/support, And type „login“ in the search field
- The site will display recommended solutions, and if those do not resolve their issue, partners have the option to submit an incident without having to login. Choose Submit an incident, scroll down to the bottom of the next screen and choose Provide Issue details
