Partner Contribution Indicators (PCI) as eligibility requirement for Cloud Business Applications competency
Starting October 1, 2020, the Partner Contribution Indicators (PCI) score will be used to determine partners eligibility towards attaining or renewing the Cloud Business Applications competency. The PCI score is a more holistic measurement of a partner’s abilities to deliver successful customer outcomes.
All partners who are planning to attain or renew Cloud Business Applications competency:
- Learn about PCI score in this article and partner ready materials on PCI.
- Visit the PCI dashboard in Partner Center regularly to make sure you will be eligible to attain or renew the Cloud Business Applications competency when your renewal window opens on or after October 1, 2020
- New: On March 31, 2020, Microsoft will set up a baseline for the Functional Consultant growth metric (one of the seven indicators in PCI) and partners will need to meet the growth targets to earn the points for this metric.
