An Azure service-only partner I work with is Azure Incentives and MCI enrolled. He was only Azure Incentives eligible and used DPOR on many subscriptions. He asked me why his Transaction History is 100% empty after September 30. We verified and he is well registered as PAL with owner/contributor rights to Guest accounts from their partner's tenant.
I checked with some other partners and it's same for all of them ??? Even if they had MCI eligible Transactions and associated Payments before October 1st, the most recent MCI Transactions dates we can see or find in the exports are September 30.
When these transactions lines will show ? Will there be retroactive payment of October Transactions and now November too ?
