Lost my MSP, after I change my domain/email supplier
I use to connect to my Microsoft Parter Network with my GoDaddy domain credential, but I deleted it without really thinking about what could append. So I lost access to my Membership and benefit and also my Azure resources since.
I'm trying to create a support ticket but I cant create one from partner center. It just show me the FAQ.
And from the phone line the automated message tell me to go to the parter portal.
So here I'm to hoping for help.
Or at least where should I get some help

You may be right, but a fear that reactivate my GoDaddy domain will mess terribly with my current one. Two identical login for two domain.
I've finally been able to create a support ticket.
Anyway, thanks for your reply.
@hdufort : While you can reach out to Partner Center support via https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/support even when there are issues with accessing Partner Center, I doubt they will be able to help since they can not restore the tenant, and afaik not map the MPN membership to a new tenant.
I would recommend to speak to GoDaddy first if they can restore this. E..g when you delete your custom domain on GoDaddy, they will delete mailboxes etc. but the tenant itself might still be there, and then you could still access partner Center using the primary domain name (xyz.onmicrosoft.com).
While this is no help now, you can actually change the tenant associated to your MPN membership by following this process: Add tenants to your Partner Center account - Partner Center | Microsoft Docs - after adding another tenant you can safely remove/delete the other one.
For Azure, you can add guest users from other tenant to have access via those, change the directory for a subscription or move the account (billing ownership) to a new user as well.
