Can a customer have both EA and CSP?
We have a customer who has an existing Enterprise Agreement and has CSP with another Partner. They would like to have us as their CSP Partner for different licenses. Can this be done? Does it affect their EA? Currently, I understand that customers can have multiple Partners in CSP.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Penny

Thank you Janosch,
If licenses were purchased through EA, can we as their CSP Partner see the licenses through Partner Network and environments in LCS? My technical team are unable to see the subscriptions and environments in LCS.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Penny

@pennyglover : Unfortunately I'm not that familiar with LCS, usually I would expect that via delegated admin rights you can see environments in LCS as well.
Would post in the CSP community I mentioned above as well, maybe a Partner with Dynamics experience can chime in.

@pennyglover : Yes, this can be done, a customer can combine licenses from different agreements (EA & CSP) and also have multiple CSP Partners attached to their tenant.
It does not directly affect the EA - though the customer should check their EA terms. E.g. it might be that they committed to some form of company-wide licensing of certain products via their EA.
Note: There is a CSP community also available, this topic may be better placed in there: https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/t5/Cloud-Solution-Provider-Partner/ct-p/CSP

Hi Janosch, what about Azure subscriptions- if they're on a CSP today and want to create new subscriptions outside of their CSP is that possible and what options do they have? More context, they're bringing in a new partner to help them spin up new workloads- this partner is not a CSP. Thoughts?

@adamalidra3 : Not a problem, customer can at all times add additional subscriptions in the tenant, buying them via Azure Portal (via credit card) or get them by signing a MCA directly with Microsoft.
