Following scenario comes to my mind:
Customer purchases CSP Server subscriptions for their Windows Server that currently runs On-premises Windows Server 2012 R2.
After 1 year, they do not prolong the CSP subscription. Can they stay and keep using Windows Server 2019, or they need to downgrade / reinstall the perpetual license they bought and originally had? CSP Software Subscription comes with "Software assurance" -like rights. With classic SA (L+SA) customer pertained the right to use the latest version of software. Could someone elaborate on this topic? How do CSP subscription stand here?
