CPOR PAL

How can a customer know which CPOR/PAL claims from various partners they have associated with their account?

For PAL, the customer can't (and probably shouldn't) know this. As this is done directly by the partner

For CPOR, the partner submits a claim for specific licenses and with that claim they need a POE signed by the customer. So the customer will know when a CPOR claim is being made by a partner and for which licenses.

Also with CPOR, when the claim is submitted and approved by Microsoft, the customer will also get an email with a notification the partner X has claimed licenses Y. Customer can then still decide to reject the CPOR claim

For PAL's you need an account though in Azure AD, so a customer would know about this if you aren't managing the subscription on behalf of the customer. They wouldn't know though if you added it to your own account in their AAD, but your account would need to remain there, so if you moved off that customer and say handed over after a project to a managed service team within your organisation you'd have to either maintain that account or set PAL's up again with another user account.

Oh yeah, good addition. Obviously you'll need an account in their AAD and need more than just read rights to the resources in Azure as well
