Add subscriptions to groups in the Partner Portal

Is it possible to add Visual Studio subscriptions in the MPN Benefits section of the Partner Portal to groups instead of to individual users?

It is not possible to add this to a group. Visual Studio Subscriptions are a benefit per user and licensed per user - the sign-up process requires that the user account is authenticated individually, e.g. when doing an log in to my.visualstudio.com there is no way to identify if a user belogs to a certain group.
