how to test VTAP for AZURE

hello!

we wish to create NI (Network Intelligence) Sensor for Azure. As far as I understand  we must use azure VTAP feature to monitor traffic.

my questions:

- how to evaluate VTAP feature if we are vendor (not a customer) ?

- how to use this feature in our offer for azure? (i think that we must use solution temlpate)
