we want to create a vm offer and we need to make it available worldwide

we have created the vm and now we need to make it available worldwide

the question is: to make the vm available everywhere what should we do.

- do we need to make the image available everywhere in both of azure and the partner center (from the Replication configuration in the vm version settings in azure, and before publishing the offer in the partner center)

- or is this can be done by only making the vm available everywhere from the partner center (not from azure) before publishing the offer

Set the markets in Partner Center. You share a VM image with Partner Center as part of the publish process and it takes care of replicating that image for the target markets.
