Hi all, hopefully I am posting this in the right place. My team is finishing the development for a 3rd party MS Teams app that will be sold as a SaaS offer through the Azure marketplace. We have been having trouble testing the SaaS webhook internally - I had previously posted the following - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/92847/error-testing-saas-webhook-on-private-saas-offer.html , and was directed to this forum.
To quickly summarize the issue, we have added the SaaS webhook on our end, updated the technical configuration for the SaaS offer to point the callback URL to our webhook, however we have not been able to detect any inbound calls from MS into the webhook from either unsubscribing to the SaaS offer or changing number of seats (there is also a generic error Azure side when changing seats, not sure if it is related to the webhook itself not working). We have validated the webhook URL accepts and logs any inbound POST requests through Postman.
