Unable to edit our Outlook AppSource listing
Create a developer account. After you create your account, it goes through an approval process.

For details about managing settings and additional users in your Partner Center account, see Manage account users.
Submit your solution to Microsoft AppSource via Partner Center.
After your account is approved, you can submit your solution to the Partner Center. You can make changes at any point before you submit your solution for approval. During the approval process, you can make changes to your submission, but you can’t submit them for publishing until your current submission is complete.
After you submit your solution:
Your submission goes through a series of automated checks to ensure that it complies with the certification policies.
The validation team reviews your submission. This can take 3-5 working days, depending on the volume of submissions in the queue.
For a seamless certification experience, provide detailed test notes with your submission, including:
Information about any sample data your app or add-in needs.
Configuration instructions, if required.
Information about a test or demo account that your app or add-in needs.
When the certification process is complete, you receive a message to let you know that either your submission is approved, or you need to make changes and resubmit it. You can also follow these steps to check the status of your submission in Partner Center:
Sign in to Partner Center.
On the Product overview page, the status of your submission will be one of the following:
If the status is Attention needed, your submission needs changes to be approved. For details about the required changes, on the Product overview page, select View report.
If you make changes after your submission is certified, it must go through the certification process again.
Thanks for responding. We've had our listing in the store (AppSource) for several years now. It's only recently when there was a shift to move 'something' or 'some process' to the Partner Source when we got locked out of making edits. Are you suggesting that we cannot make any new changes until we also create a new developer account as well?
My case remains open with Microsoft and we've got important updates to make. I am hoping I get a response soon.
It sounds like you have access to Partner Center and have activated the Office Store program. Can you share the support case number? I can help escalate in the background.

Just out of curiosity, are all the fields grayed out or just the EULA?
All the fields are greyed out.
Just wanted to let everyone know this issue was (finally) resolved this past Tuesday. Engineering had to remove my user account and then add it back. Overall I'm pleased we finally have a resolution but incredibly frustrated it a) took me so long to find out who to contact and b) took so long to resolve it.

Hi Ben. Thanks for responding. I did file a support ticket. It remains open and I'm now waiting to hear from the next level of engineering since the steps 1st level support suggested did not work.
