Timeframe implications after a propective client clicks on "contact me"
We have a listing recently published in AppSource. When testing it by clicking "conctact me" we see that we get an e-mail stating: "Respond to this customer within the next two business days". It also says: "We’ll send them a quick survey to rate their experience in seven business days."
What are the implications of those timelines? I mean, I understand MS will send a survey to the client after seven days but what about the "two business days" timeframe for us contacting the prospective client? MS will not know if we have already contacted the client or is there a place where we are supposed to inform MS about it?
