Teams AppSource vs. Browser AppSource

Can anyone explain why in the MS Teams AppSource store when you type "Leadership" my company shows up as a possible download. However, when you type the same thing in the MS browser AppSource store we don't show up at all? 

And Can you advertise in the AppSource store?

Is it possible that you have some filters applied in the search from your browser? I am able to see a solution from your company on https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps?search=Leadership&page=1
