Submitting an Outlook add-in to App Source

Hi,

I have a Partner account, and I want to submit an Outlook add in to the App Source marketplace. I found a lot of docs with app guide lines and requirements, but nothing about actually submitting the app. 

How do I submit the app to App Source?
