Setting absolute pricing for CSP private offers

Does anybody know if there is a plan to bring the absolute pricing capability to CSP private offers that was introduced in the direct to customer private offers? We'd love to make a private offer to some of our CSPs, but a handful of our meter pricing is effectively a pass-through charge, so offering an across the board margin discount would end up a net loser for us.

Also open to other ideas about how to handle this situation outside of the private offer capability.
