Sell Canvas Apps for Teams through Appsource?

With the update today about Dataflex for Teams being included for all Microsoft 365 licenses, will it be possible to sell Canvas Apps built on Dataflex (not Dataflex Pro) through Appsource in Microsoft Teams?

For example, can/will a partner be able to create a Get it Now (free) offer for a Canvas App that users at other organizations could add as a tab in Teams without any additional licensing requirements?
