Publisher profile still under review - seems to be taking too long to approve

Hello,

I have submitted a word add-in, but system hint,'this account now is eligible to publishing the add-in',as shown below:

Then I checked my account that my Partner account is 'Authorized',but the Dev center account status still pending as my profile is currently being vetted.

I think the review time is too long(about 1 month), how can I push the account to pass the review quickly?

@Shellson I'm sorry you are running into issues here. Have you submitted a support ticket on this yet? I would recommend you do and then let me know your ticket number and I will do my best to escalate it.

Thanks.I have submitted a support ticket.(TrackingID#2212080010001727)

And I have got a reply from Microsoft support.

They asked me to provide the tax ID, official website, work field of the two tenants, but I don't know where the two tenants come from, and the relationship with my main account.

@Shellson I'm glad they reached out. Can you provide them with that information?

I don't know anything about tenant numbers or how the system works as I am not part of the support team. I hope you can respond with the info or explain why you can't so they can help you from there. Keep me posted!

Thanks. I couldn’t find the above two tenant IDs in Azure Active Directory or Partner Account Center, so I couldn’t provide relevant information to Microsoft support. On Tuesday, I sent an email to them to express that I couldn’t provide this information, but I haven’t yet receive email reply.

@Shellson : you might want to add the tenant ID of your Partner Center tenant as well and ask why they added those two tenant IDs - I also don't have any explanation on why those are mentioned. Those seems to be tenant IDs in Azure China, I can't get any details on those.

Kind regards, Janosch (Note: Leaving role as of March 2023, don't expect further answers. Connect with me via LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/janoschulmer)
