Offer moved, but not visible in partner Center
The status cloud partner portal is showing moved to here in partner center, however the offer is not visible and the hyperlink is not working.

The other thing to consider is that you'll need to follow the link in the red banner that appears on Cloud Partner Portal to activate your account within Partner Center.
