Issues when publishing Managed Services Offering in Azure Marketplace

Hi All,

We are facing issues when publishing a Managed Services Offer on Azure Marketplace. We get below error:

The Partner Center account is not eligible for publishing. Please link a valid Partner Center account to publisher 'publisher-id-here' and ensure the account is enrolled in the Azure program.

Can someone please suggest a solution?

Can you share a screen shot of the error and where you're encountering it?
