Is there ordering on the leads generated?

I know that that leads get inserted into our SalesForce account and that has the first and last name info. I might be able to grab that info, but that would only work if the salesforce record exists before the logic app is called by your service. Is the ordering of leads guaranteed or does it all happen asynchronously and order of events is not guaranteed ?

Lead generation and test drive are asynchronous and we do not guarantee ordering of the events.
