We recently updated our AzureIoTEdge module offering to use the latest Azure SDK.
The module fails to start.
We noticed that the new SDK requires updated versions of the runtime components: EdgeAgent, EdgeHub

I don't see a place where we can influence the runtime version that our module requires from within the offer.
Where can we influence the runtime versions of (Agent and Hub) in the offer so the Deployment manifest that is generated uses the correct runtime versions?
