Microsoft will credit any previously accrued charges for use of your Marketplace offers. You will be refunded for all the Marketplace charges incurred for internal usage. For now, this is a manual process. Please create a support ticket containing the corresponding subscription GUID for PAYG license type and the Enrollment number for enterprise (EA) type.
Going forward, Microsoft will either suppress billing or, if you receive an invoice including charges for Marketplace offers you publish, Microsoft will automatically send you a corrected invoice the following month.
