How to reset password for owner
We are trying to reset the password for user with role as "Owner". We forgot the password and the emailid and mobile no. which is registered is not accessible.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

"owner" sounds like a permission on the Azure subscription? If yes, the global admin of the AzureAD, or user admin might reset the password, or the global admin can set new permissions on the aubscription: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/elevate-access-global-admin
