Customer Groups only work for some users in the group
I'm trying to use customer user groups to test preliminary app versions with a beta user group. For this I have an beta app version in the Windows store that is not public listed in the store but uses a limited "Custom Group".
This approach works perfectly, but only for some users in the group. Half of the users in the custom group have access to this app. The other half is not able to see the app in the store. I already verified the Microsoft accounts are created the same way. Time does not seem to change things as I already waited for one week.
It seems random to me which accounts are working and which are not. Is there a solution to get customer groups work reliable?
