Appsource portal download numbers vastly different than what's being reported in our CRM
We are having an issue with an add-in developed for Microsoft's Power BI. Microsoft's Appsource partner portal is showing that our add-in has been acquired around 1900 times over the past 3 months, however, our CRM (Salesforce) is showing a drastically lower number, 157. There doesn't seem to be any correlation between these two numbers, and we have checked out filters/sorting in Salesforce.
