Addin requirement set is missing

Hi, 

I have been trying to submit my office add-in to the office store and the following validation keeps failing. But I am sure the Requirements element do present(attached below) in the add-in. any help is appreciated .

1220.3.2.2 Missing Requirement Element

Your add-in is missing the mandatory requirement set in the Requirements element.

Please update the Requirements element of the add-in and re-submit your offer.
