API access to Teams App details / manifest

Hi,

We need to audit/assess security requirements and potential risks before enabling MS Teams apps for our customers. The information provided in the app store or marketplace is often not sufficient. I am looking for a way to programatically access the manifest.json file that is associated with the corresponding app.

Is there an API to access that information?
