Currently it is not allowed to buy O365 licenses for internal use as a CSP partner. (Sample scenario 5 in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/csp-supported-partner-relationships)   Technically there is no reason for this, so it would be great if MS would make it allowed so that we can service ourselves and affiliated companies in the same way as we are serving other customers.   ... Hi,   There has been a lot of traffic on your partner community forum regarding people having lots of problems with the verification process failing and your partner support team failing to progress the workflow and also failing to maintain an effective level of response when your partners contact them regarding the process failures. The overall page layout of this community is very inefficient. There is a tremendous amount of white space and I am scrolling and scrolling to read. The posts and response thread are especially bad. On the home page you see 5 topics across all communities that are new or have had a recent comment in them. However when clicking the 'View All' link after the fifth post it takes you to a long list of every recent comment. Would it not be better, and easier to navigate if this 'View All' page was grouped by topic as per the homepage so that it is not flooded with all the comments from a popular topic? Dear team, when linking to a thread of a closed group outside of the MPC (e.g. in an e-mail) the error message tells users (who are not yet part of the MPC/the group) that the content is not available.   Could you please change the message to something like "This is a closed group. Please request to join." Otherwise users might think that the content was deleted instead of simply joining the group.    Many thanks!      ... View more

The time calculation for "when has smth been posted" is based on the timezone and not on a correct UTC difference calculations. E.g.: User A) has time zone PST set in the settings and posts at 8:00h GMT+1 (which is his browser and OS setting) and User B) has also PST set in settings, but the browser is using the correct GMT+1. Then the post is displayed as "yesterday".  The moment User B) switches to GMT+1 then it is correctly calculated. This shows that the calculation is based on the absolute time with timezone and not on UTC timing.  The attached picture with "yesterday" was taken before the one with "5 hours". P.S.: during creation of the profile the timezone should be set correctly AND the available timezones are confusing as these do not represent the default timezones of other systems, e.g. Windows. ... We are heavily using closed groups and also linking threads into partner communication. When a partner is clicking onto such a deep link to a thread and this thread is based in a closed group and the user is not part of that closed group the user experience is aweful - because: a) the error message is wrong  b) the user is not guided in what to resolve the problem (request group join)   This creates a lot of trouble, additional actions and low CPE. So please fix the error message and help the user in creating a join request just out of the error message as it is e.g. seen in SharePoint and other forum software.  ... View more

Various people have pointed out that our community seems to be inactive due to them not being logged in and only seeing the groups but not the number of posts. The number of posts is actually displayed as zero to them.    It would be great if we could leave the groups closed but still display the number of posts to non-members so that partners are more likely to join if they see some activity in the groups.    Thanks! ... It would be handy if it is possible to filter the list view.  If a post is read (or clicked) , I'd like it to not be visible in the list.  Either by switching a view or having a filter options. Now you can see the bold topics for unread items but I still have to navigate through all the pages to see all posts. It would also come in handy if I could group the list by topic rather than having only the latest post view. ... View more

Currently there is no opportunity that allows admins of a closed group to invite new members to the specific group. You can only invite exisiting memebers of the MPC to a group.    It would be great if there was an automated process that would allow admins to invite new members to join a specific group via link that was shared with them (without the admin approving them a second time).  ...
