Microsoft to improve/fix the MPN Programme Verification Process...
There has been a lot of traffic on your partner community forum regarding people having lots of problems with the verification process failing and your partner support team failing to progress the workflow and also failing to maintain an effective level of response when your partners contact them regarding the process failures. There are multiple threads but this is the one I have directly contributed to and am posting this suggestion for improvement as a result of my discussions with your forum admin.
