Inconsistant 'All Posts' view

On the home page you see 5 topics across all communities that are new or have had a recent comment in them.

However when clicking the 'View All' link after the fifth post it takes you to a long list of every recent comment.

Would it not be better, and easier to navigate if this 'View All' page was grouped by topic as per the homepage so that it is not flooded with all the comments from a popular topic? Perhaps with a counter of unread comments within that topic to note how popular it is?
