What did you miss at Build?
This week the Microsoft Build conference took place in Seattle.
5000+ partners attended. This conference is, not surprisingly, focused on developers and what they can "build" with Microsoft tools.
It was a great 3 day event with a lot of Women in Technology (WIT) engaged and on stage.
Of course, Microsoft's Chief Developer (and CEO) Satya Nadella kicked it off. He set the stage and the pace for the whole event and the direction where Microsoft is headed. The great news is ... there is a lot of cross-platform connection with Linux, Mac, and Industry Solutions.
I created this Twitter Moment for a few of the things I liked:
Microsoft Graph was EVERYWHERE!
There was a lot of talk about the shift to Mixed Reality (MSFT is moving the conversation from Augmented Reality to MR). There was also a lot of talk about Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Machine Learning and so much more for developers to build the future.
Products Not to Be Missed:
Coming in the Windows 10 Creators Update -- Windows Story Remix and Windows Remix Paint 3D.
Of course, there was a LOT more.
- Visual Studio for Macs
