Each month, we will use this thread to share the latest Microsoft to-partner content. Our October 2017 content focuses on the strategies team leaders can use to build a resilient organization. This is a presentation-ready deck; speaker notes can be found below each slide. Please feel free to utilize this content during an upcoming chapter meeting, or distribute directly to your local IAMCP community.
Additionally, we are looking for your feedback - do you prefer self-serve or presentation-ready content? Are there any specific topics you'd like us to cover in future materials? Share with us below!
This is a GREAT slidedeck! Well worth for any chapter to present - and for any business leader to get inspiration from.
I think that embrazing and leading change is paramount to be successful. The world is changing and riding the waves of change is better than just dreaming about a past that will never come back.
Also important is, that a leader recognizes that people have different abilities to embrace change - so it's important to make sure that your people are with you. And that's when the magic happens - leading change and making sure that your people are with you will create great success!
Happy November! Our November Microsoft Direct content is all about how the new One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization will simplify and optimize how we engage with partners, drive increased collaboration, and foster a culture of work that puts our partners first.
