Government is one of the biggest industries for Microsoft in Western Europe with more than 400 managed accounts spread across 12 countries. During the past year and a half we have supported many government agencies to respond to the pandemic, gain resilience and keep their services on. Our platform proved successful in delivering the security, trust, scalability and the agility that governments are looking for. To continue to strengthen our partnership, our customers expect us to understand their business in the context of the industry in which they operate as well as their business drivers.
So this year one of to our main goals will be go deep in vertical specialization and accelerate cloud adoption with industry specific scenarios to better bridge our technology to the achievement of their goals and desired outcomes. Only with that we will be able to deliver on their growing demands and capture the TAM. When it comes to verticalization, Government is an industry of industries and at MSFT is divided in 5 big verticals: Public Safety & Justice; D&I; CI; Public Health and Social Services and Public Finance.
