Windows Update since Nov 2020

Really is there anyone from MS whom I can speak to.  Really i have spent more than an hour today trying to call an ask about the subject.  I am surprised at the ease with which the team put me off.  One lady actually told me my phone no.  does not exist. !!!  Dont xxxxxx Microsoft.  Atleast answer questions honestly.
