Unable to Verify E-mail Domain

Hi,

 

I recently applied to join the MPN but now stuck up at domain verification. Even if you open the support ticket there is no person to reply as to what exactly is required.

 

The error I am getting is :-

 

We were not able to verify your email domain. Please work with your Primary Contact/Global Admin to get this fixed.

 

I recently registered a company in the UK and purchased a domain and email service and I provided invoices and proof of the same but still reaching nowhere and worst is not getting any help from anywhere. All the documents I have attached now there is nothing left that I can send them so absolutely lost as to what else I can do.

 

If anybody had the same issue and able to sort it please guide me.

Can you help me?

Before renew our MPN membership, I changed address (index) for my organization. And now we unable to verify organization. We can't renew MAP.

@bianca1  I'm sorry to say that I am not part of the support team so screen shots would do me no good. 🙂 The extent of my wizardry is to check the status of an open support ticket.

 

Have you opened one for this issue? Do you have a ticket number I can check on for you?

I think I have a similar issue. "Partner" tab is verified but "Developer" tab is blocked in "We were not able to verify your email domain.". What I don't get is why "Partner" verification could verify the email domain but "Developer" verification can not albeit the very same email address. I see no way to respond to the case ticket so I drop it in here for help: 2111070040000494.

 

Side Note: You might want to change the support system so customers can post replies otherwise you feel like being ignored since you have no way to ask/check back.

Hi there

 

I'm experiencing the exact same issue as described above. I registered my company over 1 month ago and I would like to register as Partner. No feedback from support for more than one week, not even one reply..

Could you please look into this? I have no idea what is wrong with my profile details or submitted info.

My company is having a similar issue with getting our account verified. We have gone through the process of posting the necessary supporting materials and updated our case ticket but have not received a response from support that has helped move the case along in a little over 6 weeks.

 

Is there anything you can do to help us?

Hey Andra,

 

I have same issue.

Problem is that did not received any veryfication email and i cannot update exisitng details.

 

The help links just takes me into a continusly loop that lands on the Legal page profile but once there, i cannot update details or take any action.

 

Please advise!

Hi Andra, good day to you, I'm also facing the same problem, I have uploaded domain purchasing invoice and still getting the same answer, it said that you need to update the domain listed in your partner center account to be your corporate domain and provide a domain invoice/document registration of it. Now, a freehost email address is registered and it is not possible to use it for authorization. Please assist, thanks for your time.
