Trying to setup a partner account however it's telling me my company email is personal?!
Maybe before I begin I should state what led me here: I'm a small local IT company and I wish to sell Microsoft Windows and Office licenses. That's it. I don't need anything else other than to resell those two things.
I'm receiving the following error:
"You have signed in with a personal email. Sign in again using your work email. If that doesn’t work, contact your company’s global admin and ask them to grant you the appropriate access permissions."
I'm not signed in with a personal email. I'm signed in with my main email for my domain. I'm the owner of my company. There are zero links to contact a live person to get this sorted out.
My email is as follows: "firstname.lastname@example.org"
I get the following message when trying to create a "case" through that link:
You don’t have access.
You don’t have permission to view this page. Contact your account admin for access. Learn how to manage permissions.
I am not sure how I can help, as this is a support issue.
