Tier-1 CSP <> Customer contract templates?

Hi Everyone,

We are wondering whether there are any templates for CSP <> Customer contracts available anywhere, as a starting point. If not, can anybody recommend German lawyers who have expertise in this area or (even better!) might have crafted a CSP <> Customer contract for you?

Hi Ralf, 

Actually it doesn't need to be super complex if it's just a resell of Microsoft's services because then you can partly reference to Microsoft's terms.

It gets more complex when you add your own services on top (which btw is what you should do in order to differentiate and gain a much higher margin). 

I suggest that you ask the IAMCP, International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, in Germany as they probably can recommend you a good lawyer that can assist.
