Started using O365 when it was launched in Africa and could only subscribe with Kenya as country; Our company is based in Botswana payment was done with Botswana credit card monthly. In June 2021 we decided to purchase an annual subscription though a MS distributor. I specifically asked that the subscription commence as of 1 July 2021 which they Ok'ed. However I was still charged on my credit card for July & August; my distributor said i need to claim those 2 months overpayment from MS; how does one go about doing that? Even my chat with support assured me that MS would refund me the difference, problem is who do I contact?
